SERVCE GUARANTEE
At La Grace Hair, we pride ourselves on giving every client gorgeous hair and a glamorous experience. We will always do our best to give you a fantastic experience, and we stand by our guarantee that if you are not happy with your hair, we will fix it for free.*

REFUNDS
La Grace Hair does not offer refunds for any finalised services; if you are not happy with the outcome of your hair, we are able to fix any issues as long as you notify us within 3 days after your original appointment. If you have changed your mind, you will be charged for any extra services. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis involving the client, stylist and Salon Director. For privacy reasons we can not discuss any issues relating to client a client with a third party (i.e boyfriend, parent friend etc) unless the client is under 18.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of the service you have received, you are required to return within the next 7 days to have the stylist fix the issue (within reason, to be determined by the Salon Director). If you are unable to return within the 7 days following your booking, we will be unable to service you further without additional costs. If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself or a third party this guarantee becomes null and void.
DEPOSITS
In some cases La Grace Hair may request a deposit to secure your appointment. The amount may vary due to amount of time allocated to you.
If you wish to cancel your appointment it must be at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and by phone only to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, La Grace Hair reserves the right to retain the deposit without refund.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
Due to safety concerns, we ask that if you choose to bring your child(ren) that they are sitting near your station at all times. Of course we acknowledge that sometimes they need to be with you (infants, special needs etc) which is completely fine and acceptable. We can provide a coloring book and pencils but if you have toys, electronics or food to soothe them, please feel free to bring them. As a hair salon, we have scissors, hot tongs and irons, chemicals and other items that can be a danger to your child if they are walking around the salon. Our stylists also need to concentrate to be able to give you your perfect hair so they won’t be able to look out for your child’s safety on your behalf. Unfortunately, if you child does cause damage to the salon or salon property, you will be billed for the damage.
PAYMENTS
We have Credit card facilities and take Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. We accept Cash, however we do not accept cheques.
PRICING
Our pricing reflects the skill of our hairdressers and it subject to change at anytime without warning.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
PARKING
We have onsite parking available at the rear of the salon available to our customers. La Grace Hair assumes no responsibility should anything happen to your car.
SERVICE DISCLAIMER
We always do a complete consultation and take every step necessary to ensure your safety and the best possible results. While we are confident in our knowledge and experience, sometimes the unexpected can happen. It is impossible for us to ask questions regarding every possible circumstance that could result in an unwanted outcome. Therefore, please inform your stylist if you have been swimming or exposed to chlorine, used any type of natural hair color, (especially henna), started a new medication or diet, or anything else that might possibly affect the outcome of your color.
We will do our very best to ensure you leave with beautiful, healthy hair each and every time you leave our salon!
All our stylists strive to ensure our clients happiness and satisfaction are met every-time.
